Registration fees of all categories except tutorial include one Full paper (6 pages), Presentation slot, Refreshments (Lunches and Dinner), E-Conference Proceedings, Certificate, Eligibility for all technical sessions.

Registration Notices
1. Payment must be made in USD or CNY. The conference organizer will not bear any bank charges associated with the transfer of money;
2. Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact mme2021@163.com for details);
3. The registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE Accommodation fee, Transportation fee, visa application fee and Paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals.

Authors will receive paper ID after you submit successfully. For listeners, please contact mme2021@163.com to generate an ID for you.

Policies
• 15 Agust 2024 is registration deadline.
• 10 September 2024 – delete from program any presentation not covered by a paid fee.
• It is expected that at least one author presents the accepted paper.
• No-show policy, the organizer reserves the right to exclude any unpresented papers from the proceedings.
• It is not the responsibility of the organizing committee to deal with problems beyond its control, such as weather conditions, campus conditions, travel difficulties, visa problems, etc.;
• The organizing committee reserves the right to change the conference dates and place due to force majeure;

All payment related disputes/queries and chargebacks will be handled by MME Editorial Office.
